conveyance from Hancock Development Corp. to the Londontown Manu-
facturing Company by deed recorded in Liber 380 Folio 584, thence with
a curve to the right having a radius of 798.51' and an arc to 95.23' and
chord of N. 44° 04' 38" E. 95.18 to a point in said east marginal line
thence crossing said Pennsylvania Avenue Extended, N. 13° 16' 12" W.
45.53' to a point in the west marginal line of said Pennsylvania Avenue
Extended, being the end of the 3rd or S. 49° 00' 51" W., 71.29' line of said
conveyance to Roy E. Pittman running thence with the said west mar-
ginal line and with the first three lines of said Pittman conveyance re-
versed the following three courses and distances, N. 49° 00' 51" E. 71.29'
to a point thence with a curve to the left having a radius of 798.51' and an
arc distance of 398.17 and a chord distance and bearing of N. 34° 43' 12"

Being all of the tract conveyed from James. S. B. Resley et ux to Roy
E. Pittman as recorded L. 419, F. 188, and the portion retained by James
S. B. Resley adjacent to and north of the present corporate line, less the
tract conveyed from James. S. B. Resley to Hepburn Orchard, Inc., re-
corded L. 381, F. 775, and all of Pennsylvania Ave. extended between
said corporate Boundary of 1953 and the 10th or N. 13° 16' 12" W. 45.53
foot line of this description as shown on Washington County Roads De-
partment Plat Nos. 100-10-20 and 100-10-21.
