STATE OF MARYLAND, WASHINGTON COUNTY, to wit:

I HEREBY CERTIFY, That on this 18th day of March, 1968, before
me, the subscriber, a Notary Public in and for the State and County afore-
said, personally appeared Roy E. Pittman and Betty N. Pittman, his wife,
and James S. B. Resley and Margaret Resley, his wife, and Daniel R.
Fleming, Mayor of Hancock, and acknowledged the aforegoing Agreement
to be the act and deed of the individuals named herein and the act and
deed of said corporation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my Official Notarial Seal the day and year first above written.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY

J. B. Ferguson & Co., Inc.

Hagerstown, Md.

Conveyed by Annexation to the Town of Hancock.

Location: North of Hancock, Washington County, Maryland.

Prepared by T.H.W., February 7, 1968, from survey by J. B. Ferguson
and Co., Inc., November, 1964.

Bearings: Maryland Grid.

Situated along the Western side of and including a section of Penn-
sylvania Avenue extended and adjacent to the North Boundary of the Town
of Hancock in Washington County, Maryland, and located on County Tax
Map No. 3 and more particularly described in accordance with the Mary-
land Grid system as determined by a recent survey by J. B. Ferguson
and Co., Inc., as follows:

Beginning at a concrete monument in the West marginal line of Penn-
sylvania Avenue extended being1 the northeast corner and the beginning
of the conveyance from James S. B. Resley et ux to Roy E. Pittman and
recorded in Liber 419 F 188 said monument also having Maryland Grid
coordinates N. 687,452.14 and E. 469,420.42 and thence running with the
6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th or last 4 lines reversed of said conveyance the fol-
lowing four courses and distances:

S. 89° 09' 20" W. 1168.77' to an iron pin thence, S. 22° 34' 20" W.
952.27' to an iron pin thence, N. 66° 51' 21" W. 110.00' to an iron pin
thence, S. 23° 08' 29" W. 182.44' to a 12" Locust tree standing at the end
of the 5th or N. 69° 25' 53" W., 1018.82' line of aforementioned convey-
ance to Pittman, thence with the lands retained by Resley after said
conveyance, S. 23° 08' 29" W. 567.16' to a point being in the N.
69° 57' W., 2171.62' line of the Corporate Boundary 1953, as
shown on the Town of Hancock Plat dated 1954, as prepared by the J. B.
Ferguson and Company, Inc., thence with a portion of said line reversed
and corrected, S. 69° 42' 33" W. 1060.62' to a point in the east marginal
line of the aforesaid Pennsylvania Extended, thence leaving the said Cor-
porate Boundary Line and running with the said east marginal line and
with 7th, 8th, and 9th or last three lines of the 1966 Annexation to the
Town of Hancock as shown on a plat dated June 3, 1966 and prepared by
