(5)    Such uses shall be accessory to the marina operation.

(6)    Separate vehicular entrances and exits shall be provided,
and shall be located not less than fifty feet (50') apart.

(7)    Each transient guest room or unit shall be provided with
its own toilet, sink, bath or shower.

(8)     Sleeping areas shall have a minimum of one hundred eighty
(180) square feet.

Section 13-352.17. Junk Yards.

Junk yards shall be permitted in W3 Industrial Districts,
provided:

(1)     Such facilities shall not be located within three hundred
feet (300') of any major highway, expressway or freeway, shall not
be visible from outside the premises and shall be screened by two
(2) rows of dense evergreen planting. Said rows shall be twenty
feet (20') apart; and the evergreens shall be staggered so as to be at
eight foot (8') intervals as to the same row, and four foot (4')
intervals as to the opposite row. Such planting shall be not less than
four feet (4') in height at the time of planting, shall be expected
to be not less than six feet (6') in height within three (3) years,
shall be backed by a wall measuring not less than eight feet (8')
in height, and shall completely screen such activity within three (3)
years of planting.

(2)    No buildings, interior streets, driveways or parking areas
may be located within buffer screening areas (except necessary in-
gress and egress driveways).

Section 13-352.18. Kennels.

Kennels shall be permitted in RA Agricultural Residential Dis-
tricts, provided:

(1)    Buildings, enclosures, coops and runs for the housing or
shelter of animals shall be located not less than one hundred feet
(100') from any residential property line; no animals may be housed
within said setback.

(2)     Said facility shall be screened from residences in accord-
ance with the provisions of Section 13-300.10.

(3)    Said use shall not create a nuisance to surrounding resi-
dential properties.

Section 13-352.19. Mobile Home Parks.

Mobile Home Parks shall be permitted in RA, Rl, R2, R5 and
R15 Residential Districts, provided:

(1) Mobile home parks shall be situated on lots DEVELOPED
UPON PROPERTY served by public water and sewer (OR SCHED-
ULED FOR SEWER WITHIN THE TEN (10) YEAR WATER
AND WASTEWATER MASTER PLAN), and measuring not less
than ten (10) acres in area.
