shall become effective only after such plan and financial guarantee
have been submitted to the Office of Planning and Zoning, and
approved by the Department of Public Works, and the Office of Law
(as to legal sufficiency).

(6) Such special exceptions shall not be granted for a period
exceeding five (5) years and shall not be renewed for a period in
excess of three (3) years.

Section 13-352.30. Sanitary Landfills.

Sanitary landfills shall be permitted in W2 and W3 Industrial
Districts provided:

(1)    The location and sites for such use are in compliance with
the Anne Arundel County Solid Waste Report.

(2)    Written approval is secured from the Anne Arundel
County Sanitary Engineer and the Health Officer prior to the issuance
of a special exception.

(3)    Such facility shall be surrounded by fencing and screening
not less than six feet (6') in height.

(4)    Plans and material are submitted to show:
(i) Existing and Finished Grades.

(ii) The general vicinity of fill collection,
(iii) Provisions for grading fill on a scheduled basis,
(iv) Time of completion of the proposed fill,
(v) The proposed future use of the property.
Section 13-352.31. Slips and Storage (Covered).

Covered slips and boat storage buildings (not for repairs) shall
be permitted in MB—Maritime Group B Districts, provided:

(1)    Covered storage shall be located less than twenty feet (20')
from any property lines.

(2)    Covered slips shall be located in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 13-320.7(b) of this Subtitle.

(3) Covered storage structures shall be located only in the

rear yard area, but not within the required rear yard setback.

(4) Covered slips and covered storage areas shall not totally
block the view of the water from existing residences located within
one thousand feet (1,000') of the proposed structure.

Section 12-352.32. Stadia (other than school facilities).

Stadia shall be permitted in Wl-B Industrial Development Dis-
tricts and W2 Light Industrial Districts, provided:

(1) No stadium shall be located on a site measuring less than
fifty (50) acres.
