(1)    Signs for Subdivisions.

(a)    One (1) lighted identification sign giving the name of
the subdivision may be placed at each entry point. Such sign shall
not exceed twenty (20) square feet in area for the major entry, ten
(10) square feet in area for any other entry, nor project more than
five feet (5') above grade.

(b)    Directional signs at entry points, not to exceed one and
one-half (1½) square feet in area, nor a height of five feet (5')
above grade. The total maximum signing area for all such signs
shall be six (6) square feet per entrance.

(c)    One (1) lighted identification sign for those sub areas
and/or activities designated on the directional signs, not exceeding
three (3) square feet in an area, nor a height of three and one-half
feet (3½') above grade.

(2)    Individual Lots.

(a)     One (1) lighted identification sign (not exceeding one (1)
square foot in area, nor a height of five feet (5') above grade) giving
property name, occupant, and/or address of each property.

(b)    One (1) lighted identification sign, not exceeding two (2)
square feet in area, nor projecting more than five (5) feet above
grade. Such sign shall correspond to the front yard setback for the
district wherein located, and shall identify any permitted non-
residential use on residentially used property.

(c)    Permitted signs for non-residential uses on non-
residentially used property shall be in accordance with the provisions
of Sections 13-329 (1) (a), (b), (c), (d) and (j).

(d)    Information signs not exceeding one (1) square foot in
area, nor a height of five feet (50 above grade. One (1) sign shall
be permitted for tracts measuring less than one (1) acre, and the
total signing area for all signs or tracts measuring more than one (1)
acre shall not exceed three (3) square feet.

(3)    Temporary Signs.

(a)     One (1) temporary sign (not exceeding four (4) square
feet in area, nor more than four feet (4') above grade, and not
located less than ten feet (100 from a street right-of-way) offering
the sale, rental or lease of the property upon which it is located. One
(1) sign not exceeding forty-eight (48) square feet in signing area
nor ten feet (100 above grade, shall be permitted for each road
frontage of any undeveloped tract of land OR SUBDIVISION OF
FINISHED LOTS measuring ten (10) acres or more; the identifi-
cation of the realtor shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of
the signing area.

(b)    One (1) temporary sign (not exceeding four (4) square
feet in area nor six feet (6') above grade, and not located less than
ten feet (10') from a street right-of-way) during the construction
period of a new building, specifying the name of the project, the
