architect, engineers, contractors and developer. Such sign shall be
removed when a certificate of occupancy has been issued.

Section 13-328.1. Permitted signs in R15, R22 and R44 Residential
Districts.

The following signs shall be permitted in R15, R22 and R44
Residential Districts, subject to the provisions of this Article:

(1)    Multi-family Development.

(a)    One (1) lighted identification sign for each major entry
point, giving the name of the development. Such sign shall not exceed
twenty (20) square feet in area, nor project more than five feet
(50 above grade.

(b)    Directional signs in accordance with the provisions of
Section 13-328 (l)(b).

(c)    One (1) lighted identification sign for those sub areas,
activities and/or multi-family structures designated on the direc-
tional signs, not exceeding three (3) square feet in area, nor a height
of three and one-half feet (3½') above grade. Signs placed on multi-
family structures shall not exceed a height of eight feet (8') above
grade.

(d)    Permitted signs for non-residential uses on non-
residentially used property shall be in accordance with the provisions
of Sections 13-329.1 (a), (b), (c), (d) and (j).

(2)    Signs for Individual Structures of Units.

(a)    One (1) lighted identification sign for each unit of con-
dominium or co-operative (not exceeding one (1) square foot in
area nor five feet (5') above grade) giving the property name,
occupants and address for each unit.

(b)    One (1) lighted identification sign (not exceeding two
(2) square feet in area nor five feet (5') above grade), identifying a
permitted non-residential use located in a multi-family structure.

(c)    One (1) information sign per entry/per structure, not
exceeding one and one-half (1½) square feet in area nor five feet
(5') above grade.

(3)    Temporary Signs.

(a)    One (1) temporary sign (not exceeding forty-eight (48)
square feet in area nor ten feet (100 above grade, and not located
less than twenty feet (20') from the right-of-way) offering the sale,
rental, or lease of the units in a multi-family development. Said
sign shall be removed when eighty percent (80%) of the units have
been occupied.

(b)    One (1) temporary sign (not exceeding twelve (12) square
feet in area nor a height of six feet (6') above grade, and located
not less than ten feet (10') from the street right-of-way) offering
the sale, rental, or lease of the property upon which it is located.
