Kohlhoss, et al, to William H. Tyler Case, dated November 1,
1920, and recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber
300 at folio 419, thence with and along the first and second
lines of the aforesaid deed recorded in liber 300 at folio
419, to the end of [said] THE second deed line, thence in a
westerly direction in a straight line to the beginning of
the first or south 76° east 10 10/12 perch line of a deed
from Herman Adams, et al, to Louis A. Cotler, et ux, dated
June 15, 1959, and recorded among the aforesaid land records
in liber 2609 at folio 535, thence in a northwesterly
direction in a straight line to the beginning of the second
or south 80° 10' west, 94 8/10 perch line of parcel no. 2 of
a deed from A. Gude Sons Company to the Washington Gas Light
Company, dated March 29, 1951 and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in liber 1510 at folio 230, thence
with and along [said] THE second line of parcel no. 2 of the
aforesaid deed recorded in liber 1510 at folio 230, to the
eastern limit line of the Metropolitan Branch of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, thence in a westerly direction
at right angles to the Rockville-Frederick Road, Route 355,
to a point, west of and 300 feet distant from the west right
of way line of the Rockville-Frederick Road, thence in a
northerly direction, west of, parallel to and 300 feet
distant from the west right of way line of the
Rockville-Frederick Road to a point 300 feet distant from
and at right angles to the west right of way line of the
Rockville-Frederick Road at a point opposite the end of the
seventh or south 86 1/4° west, 148 1/4 perch line of the
first described tract in a deed from John W. Brawner, et ux,
to Charles W. Fields, dated September 26, 1902, and recorded
among the aforesaid land records in liber T.D. 24 at folio
11, thence in an easterly direction at right angles to the
west right of way line of the Rockville-Frederick Road to
the end of [said] THE seventh line of the aforesaid deed
recorded in liber T.D. 24 at folio 11, thence in a
generally easterly direction reversely with and along the
seventh, sixth, fifth, fourth, third and second lines of the
first described tract of the aforesaid deed recorded in
liber T.D. 24 at folio 11, to the beginning of [said] THE
second deed line, thence in a northeasterly direction in a
straight line to the end of the first of north 77 1/2° west,
88 perch line of second described tract in the aforesaid
deed recorded in liber T.D. 24 at folio 11, thence in a
generally easterly direction, reversely with and along the
first and fifth lines of the second described tract in the
aforesaid deed recorded in liber T.D. 24 at folio 11, to a
point on the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, thence in a generally southerly direction
with and along the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.

(c) All of that area in the Rockville election
district of Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the
following described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a
point on the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, [said] THAT point being where [said] THE
existing boundary intersects the rear or north 72° 36' 30"
