            I hereby certify that Lucky Ormes a Dark
        Mulatto woman the bearer hereof about
       thirty years of age five feet three
       Inches High having a scar near the
       Elbow on the right arm and another
       on the Elbow of the left arm is a free
       woman and became entitled to her
       Freedom by a Deed of Manumission
       from Mr.s Ann Berry duly recorded
       in Liber E. H. one of the Land Records
       of Prince Georges County on the
       8.th of December eighteen hundred
       and eighteen

                   In Testimony whereof I
                   hereto subscribe my name  
                   and affix the seal of my
