       I hereby certify that Eliza Hamilton
       a Black Girl about nineteen years
       of age and about five feet high is
       a free girl being the daughter of
       Lydia Hamilton who obtained her freedom
       by a Deed of Manumission from
       Higginson Belt bearing date the day
       twenty third day of February one thousand  
       Eight hundred and Eighty one and
       recorded among the records of Montgomery
       County

                   In testimony whereof I have
                   hereto subscribed my name
