       the late Robert Waters and raised by him) is
       a free woman and obtained her freedom from
       the said Robert Waters by deed bearing date
       the twenty seventh day of February in the
       year seventeen hundred and ninety eight duly
       executed and acknowledged and recorded in
       my office
