AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the
purpose of

Allowing outdoor storage as a permitted use
subject to screening requirements in the I-1,
I-2, and I-4 Zones.

Allowing a reduction in the minimum lot area
requirement for development proposed under the
I-4 Zone optional method of development.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery
County Code:

Division 59-C-5.                  "INDUSTRIAL ZONES"

Section 59-C-5.2                  "LAND USES"

Section 59-C-5.21               "Allowable Uses"

Section 59-C-5.44                "SPECIAL REGULATIONS - I-4 ZONE"

Effective Date August 17, 1987.

to revise circumstances for permitting height
increases up to 5 stories or 60 feet in the C-2
zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery
County Code:

Article 59-C                          "Zoning Districts Regulations"

Division 59-C-4 "Commercial Zones"

Section 59-C-4.35 "C-2 Zone - General Commercial"

Effective Date August 17, 1987.
