AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the
purpose of

allowing automobile fluid maintenance stations
as a special exception in the C-l and C-4 Zones,
and as a permitted use in the C-2 and C-3 Zones.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery
County Code:

Division 59-A-2                   "Definitions and Interpretation"

Division 59-C-4 "Commercial Zones"
Section 59-C-4.2 "Land Uses"

Effective Date December 7, 1987.

clarifying the law regarding authority to

conduct proceedings relating to modification,

abandonment, and show cause heardings for

revocation of special exception grants.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery
County Code:

Article 59-G                         "Special Exceptions, Variances,

and Nonconforming Uses"

Division 59-G-l "Special Exceptions - Authority

and Procedure"

Section 59-G-l.3 "Compliance With Special

Exception Grant"

Effective Date December 7, 1987.
