SUBJECT: "Conduct of elections generally."

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: §C-601 "Conduct of elections generally" by
repealing and reenacting with amendment a certain section of the
Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment
shall have the effect of changing the hours polls are open for
elections.

Worcester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1988-2

SUBJECT: "Purchasing and Contracts."

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: §C-721 "Purchasing and contracts" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the
effect of changing the expenditure amount which must be subject
to the public bidding procedure.
