man named Benjamin Brewer aged about thirty five years about five feet ten and an half Inches high brown Complexion a small scar upon the left side of the face between the Eye and Ear, is the Identical person manumitted by John Hooper by deed bearing date the thirteenth day of march in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty one, and that he was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 13th day of march 1821 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Samson Frazier aged about thirty Eight years about five feet Eight Inches high black Complexion has a large scar upon the breast another near the right nostril and another over the Corner of the right eye is the Identical person manumitted by Hester Hood by deed dated the tenth day of march in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty one, and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 14th day of march 1821 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named William [illegible] aged about twenty one years about five feet Eight and an half Inches high black Complexion a small |
