small scar under the right eye, another near the Corner of the same Eye, another behind the right Ear and another upon the back of the right hand was free born, and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 24th day of march 1821 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Nicholas Scott aged about thirty five years about five feet nine and an half Inches high brown Complexion a small scar on the right wrist is the Identical person manumitted by Eliza Hammond by deed dated the seventh day of march in the year Eighteen hundred and twenty one, and was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 26th day of march 1821 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Nace Williams aged about forty years about five feet four and an half Inches high brown complexion has a small scar in the right Eye brow and a lump in the left hand is the Identical person manumitted by Rezin H Snowden by deed dated the sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty one and that he was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 18th day of April 1821 |
