Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Rechina aged about twenty five years about six feet three and an half Inches high black Complexion has a scar upon the outside of the left ancle is one of the persons manumitted by Richard Conner by deed dated the thirteenth day of June in the year Eighteen hundred and twenty one, and that he was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 22d day of January 1823 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Adam Kent aged about twenty three years about five feet seven and an half Inches high, black Complexion has a scar on his left leg, one over his and one near his left eye and two others on his forehead was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 27th day of January 1823 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named John Cromwell aged about twenty one years about five feet four Inches high black Complexion has a scar on the right wrist, was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 15th day of February 1823 |
