Wife doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the said John West his heires and assignes by these
presents that they the Said John & Sarah & Sarah his wife or one of them have in him her or themselves
in and to the Land & premises aforesaid a good Sure perfect and absolute estate of Inheritance in fee
Simple to them & their heires & yt they or one of them have full power & Lawfull Authoritie to Convey
the Same to the Sd: John West and his heires in manner & forme aforesaid for and notwithstanding
any Act by him the said John & Sarah his wife or either of them to ye Contrary done And for and
notwithstanding any Such Act done as aforesaid he the Said John West his heires & assignes shall
& may from henceforth for Ever hereafter quietly and peaceably have hold occupy possess &
enjoy the said Land & premisses and every part and parcell thereof free & Clear freely & Clearly
acquitted exonerated exonerated and discharged off and from all & all manner of former bargains
Sales guifts grants Titles Troubles Charges debts & incumbrances whatsoever and off and from
all manner Jointures Dowrs: and off & from the Title of Dowr: of the Said Sarah thereunto and
Service which from henceforth Shall become due and payable to the Chief Lord of the fee and
excepted & foreprized And further the Said John & Sarah his wife and for their heires executrs
& admrs: doth Covenant grant & agree to and with the Said John West his heires and assignes that
they the said John & Sarah his wife & their heires and all other person and persons whatsoever a-
estate haveing or Lawfully Claiming in or to the premises or or any part or parcel thereof by from
or undr: them or either of them Shall & will at any time hereafter duering the Space of Seaven years
from henceforth to be accompted at the reasonable request and at y Cost & Charges in the
Law of the Said John West: make and grant Such further and other assurances &
Conveyances in the law for the further and more perfect assuring & Conveying the
Said one hundred acres of Land & pr:mises to him the Sd: John West & his heires as by
him or his heires or their Councell learned in y Law Shall be reasonably devised or advised
& required be it by fine feofemt recovery release Confirmation or by acknowledgemt. & enroll(ment)
of these presents or otherwise And for the true performance of each Clause herein Contained (I)
the Sd: John Dorman doe by these presents binde myselfe my heires executrs. & admrs
to the Sd: West his heires executors: & admrs: in y penal Summe of Six thousand pounds
of Marchantable tobacco firmly by these presents In Testimoney whereof the part(ies)
aforesaid have interchangeably put to theire hands & Seales the day & year above expressed
